Zoe is a terrific trainer. She adjusts for all types of clients and all types of needs. Any time I decide there\'s some new strength or sport I want to try, Zoe can think and quickly make a plan according to the sport or mental or physical challenge desired. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trainer. Jane McAlevey
Well, it's going to be a week without Zoe and that just makes me sad. I can't figure out how to bottle the trainer and take her on the road!
Well I did a over 6.25 hours of cardio this week. Eating was much better than the previous week. I lost maybe 8-9 pounds some of which was water retention from my vacation and the previous weekend.

Well I have been taking it a little to easy on the dieting side lately. But I am continuing to walk a great deal. This week I have resolved to work harder on the eating and to loose 3 pounds.
